 Passive Causative

Causative verbs are used when one person makes another do something. The passive is used when the focus is on the thing rather than the person. When you combine them, you are essentially saying that someone caused something to be done (by someone).


Let's say you to want to have a new kitchen cupboard so call the carpenter and he does your work (Means take all the measurements , Get s the cupboard - Everything he does for you) so this is causative why because you are not doing this work but you are saying to something to do this for you.

TAG QUESTIONS The question tags are grammatical elements that are placed at the end of a sentence in the form of a short question and whose structure is opposed to the previous sentence. That is, if a sentence is affirmative, the accompanying question tag will be negative. The two main rules for forming question tags are that when a sentence is affirmative, the question is negative. Whereas when a sentence is negative, the question is positive. Structure:  Affirmative sentence + negative question tag. Example: - You have been there, haven’t you? - He isn’t coming, is he?

History of natural disaster in Colombia The Eje Cafetero earthquake occurred on January 25, 1999 and greatly affected the departments of Quindío and Risaralda, where approximately 1,000 of their inhabitants lost their lives. This figure increased with the first aftershock, where an undetermined number of people died while trying to rescue their property from the semi-destroyed structures. Added to this were deaths caused by vandals, attacks on shops and houses, and fights over food, water and shelter, leaving an approximate number of 2,000 deaths in total.
